Proper dressing includes what you have to wear from head to toe. The most important wear you can never forget is to have a rain coat in handy. It should be lengthier up to your knees. The next best thing can be your hiking boots. This has to be such as one specially designed for hiking. This boots serve the main purpose of avoiding ankle twisting. There are also frictions reducing patches that can be added if the shoes don’t fit in properly, or to protect certain areas covered with blisters. Be sure to have both cotton and woolen socks.

Select the best clothing that suits for the seasons, rather than that suits the eye. Always allow some space for a woolen sweater in summer even though it hot during the day. Wash and wear dry clean garments everyday as it adds to the hygienic conditions of your body. Keep at least three sets of cloths and some sets of inner garments. Make sure you have the rough one for hiking and the soft ones for sleeping or when resting. Your inner garments should be compulsorily of cotton. It helps to absorb the sweat caused during the day. Plus you may add some personal hygiene products for beautification and toiletries.
