It is very important to have a diet that makes you fit and and helps you build your muscles.
Try to avoid Oily foods & junk foods,they might be adding delicacies to our foods but they
do not enough strength to keep us strong and fit.Nutrients mainly include Protiens,carbohydrates,
vegetables,fruits and fats. Protiens- poultry,meat,fish,eggs,milk,etc. Carbohydrates- brown
rice,oats,quinoa,whole grain,etc. Vegetables- spinach,brocolli,salad,tomato,carrot,beetroot,etc.
That’s why the proper workout & exercise equipment is so important.
The food intake at proper intervals.Eating breakfast should be first and the most important meal
in our daily life.Eat every 3 Hours ie. 6 meals/day.This gives your muscles a steady intake of protein,
speeds up muscle repair & recovery, boosts your metabolism.Too much fat or too much skinny are not good
signs for a healthy body.Muscles grow when you rest, not when you workout.Start with 3 full body workouts
per week and focus on intensity, not gym time.Growth hormone releases when you sleep, building muscle.
Aim for 8 hours sleep.Drink water to avoid dehydration and to help muscle recovery. Drink 2 cups water
