Most of the people want to have a fit body with improved strength and energy. It is possible only if they have desire and willingness to do that. For having fitness in the body you have to have detailed plan of action and maintaining the level of motivation. Many people want to get the physical fitness with out any hard work. The physical fitness will be obtained by serious work, and sweat. Some people wants to have a exercise room in their house, they don’t want to go to gym, because the time and the commitment will be favorable if they work in the house.
You have to add more innovative exercise in your program. The repetitive exercise some time may be boring for you. With high motivation and excitement you can attain your goal in the exercise program. You have to make sure the pre -set goals, and it should be attainable. I decided to try out for my college’s collegiate power lifting team. Now this team is pretty intense and has been national champions for the past three years. I went to the recreation center where they were having practices and talked to one of the coaches and he had me jump in with a bunch of other new guys at a barbell to dead lift.
The coach went over some basic form and had one of the girls on the team demonstrate perfect form. Once we had a basic grasp of the lift we had to step up to the bar and give it a shot. When it was my turn I bent down and grabbed the bar and as I lifted it up to my waist, using Shaun T’s
INSANITY Workout Program, I was straining so hard that I felt my boxers and gym sorts rip right up the seam. The girl who had demonstrated the lift got a full view of my butt. Needless to say everyone laughed and reassured me that it happens to everybody. But that was the last time I worked out in boxer shorts. Boxer briefs for me!

People do different things to keep fit and healthy. A healthy diet goes a long way in keeping fit but another aspect which is equally important is exercise. Doctors urge people to live a healthy life by sticking to healthy eating habits and including some form of exercise in their daily life. Exercise does not have to be something which is difficult for you. It can be something simple which is easy to do and which you enjoy, that’s why I love Shaun T’s INSANITY Workout Program.
There are various types of exercises from which you select one best suited to you. Exercise does not mean only those which you do at the gym. Walking, jogging, cycling or playing any kind of sport is also exercise. You might learn and practice dance and it could also be a form of exercise if you spend enough time practicing regularly. You can decide and select a form of exercise as per your liking as working out doesn’t only mean going to the gym and doing weights. What really counts is doing something positive for your health.
